    The International Spine Observership, awarded by the CNS Foundation in collaboration with Duke University, is an immersive 3- to 6-month experience where the awardee will spend time with the renowned surgical faculty (neurosurgery and orthopedics) of Duke Spine.  The observership is tailored to the awardee's interests, and there is the opportunity to spend dedicated time--both in the clinic and the operating room--with spine surgeons who specialize in minimally invasive surgery, deformity surgery, spinal oncology, etc.  There is also ample opportunity to participate in virtual and in person educational conferences.
